After installation, launch the program by clicking Start, then All Programs, then OSI Codes, then PHP Live! Support. To log in to your Live Chat, in the PHP Live! URL, type http://www.naxumchat.com/SYSTEM - for SYSTEM you should type the two or three letter abbreviation of your system. Enter the same login name and password you use to log into your back office.

If you would like the program to start every time you start Windows, you should drag the short cut from OSI Codes to the Start Up folder. If you would like the program to automatically log you in every time it starts, in the menu bar of the program click Preferences, then Settings. Select "Activate Auto Login." You may also select settings regarding how you are notified when someone wants to chat.

Important Note: Until you log in, with either this WinApp, click Go Online in your back office, the Live Chat button on your web site will say that you are off line. After logging in, there will be a button where you can go back off line temporarily, without having to log out. If you are off line for over an hour, the program will close, and you will need to log in again to be available for chat.

When minimized, WinApp will display the number of visitors on your site.
